2004 Ovation DX, tail number N1036R. This aircraft only has approximately 1265 total time (TT) and is equipped with TKS Known Ice Protection, a KFC225 Autopilot with Flight Director, Altitude Preselect, and Vertical Speed Select, Navigation equipment includes Dual Garmin GNS 530W & 430W units (both WAAS enabled), a WX 500 Lightning Strike Detector, and a GDL69 Data Link Weather Avoidance System. N36R also has an EDM 700 engine monitor, Reiff Engine Pre-Heat, a Hartzell Scimitar 3-blade propeller, a 115.7 cubic feet, 4-place Oxygen System, Speed Brakes, a Back Up Attitude Indicator, and a Garmin GXT345 for ADS-B In & Out providing traffic and another weather avoidance source. The exterior paint, interior, and glass of N1036R are in very good condition. Additional equipment include cowl plugs, a pitot cover, a tow bar and a built-in CO2 detector/timer. Note:
The 2004 Ovation DX model included a 2" Lower Dash Panel for better forward, climb and taxi visibilities and an improved, more robust, electrical system with a dual electrical buss and dual alternators.

No physical damage history, though a lightning strike occurred 25 years ago when the Mooney factory operated N36R as a Demonstrator. Inspected, repaired and returned to service by the Mooney factory. Cowl plugs, tow bar and CO2 detector and coc are included.
