Landing gear motor was replaced in January and starter was replaced in September. This is a highly capable IFR bird that can fly fast, high and far Only selling to move up to a Pressurized plane. In September 2024 due to a rejected takeoff new tires were installed "Baggage door opened during takeoff roll" . During the tire replacement it was discovered that the middle LH landing gear door was cracked "Not caused by the aborted takoff" and needed replacement this was replaced during the 2024 annual. Annual due December 2025 Studded VBand turbo clamp so AD doesn't apply. IFR 91.411 and 91.413 due February 2026 ELT due 2030 O2 tank replaced in 2022 due in 2032
