    Beechcraft Premier Series Aircraft Information

    The Beechcraft Premier I and Beechcraft Premier II are jet aircraft that were designed for competition with the Cessna {CitationJet} series. The empty weight of the Premier I is 7,996 lbs (3,627 kg) and the maximum takeoff weight is 12,500 lbs (5,670 kg). The maximum speed is 461 kts (530 mph, 854 km/h) and can hold six passengers with one pilot. The empty weight of the Premier II is 9,320 lbs (4,227 kg) and the maximum takeoff weight is 13,800 lbs (6,260 kg). The cruising speed is 473 kts (544 mph, 876 km/h) and can hold six to seven passengers with one to two pilots.

    The Beechcraft Premier I is the basic version that was introduced in 2001. It has a carbon fiber honeycomb fuselage and a high strength composite. This model is classified as a light aircraft and has a roomy cabin with a partitioned aft toilet.

    The Premier II has been renamed the Hawker Aircraft 200. This model has an increased range, more powerful engines, new wingtips, and a composite fuselage.

    Both are twin engine Williams FJ44-2A models.
