Stratus ESG Transponder w/ADSB-Out and ADSB-In Garmin GNC 255 NAV/COM Radio (Com/Nav1) Bendix/King KY 97A TSO COM Radio (Com2) Garmin GMA 345 audio panel w/bluetooth and 'auto mute' to mute your music when there's activity on the radio. Headset/mic jacks in both front and rear seats. All external lights are Whelen LED except the position light...just never go around to that one.
Complete logs since new. All ADs complied with. Includes Aerostop seat rail lock on left-hand seat for extra safety. New battery 03/2024 New ELT battery will be installed 10/2024 BAS-Inc 4 point seatbelt harnesses installed 04/2022. Max gross 2200lb / empty 1458 (was re-weighed & has new W&B after avionics upgrades in 2022)
145HP Continental O-300 6 cylinder engine Airwolf remote oil filter kit installed 06/2024 - oil changes are easy and far less messy now. Compressions at last annual: 72, 77, 74, 71, 78, 70
Interior 8/10 - all very clean and no rips Exterior 7/10 - paint is in really good condition but faded in a few places and a few chips missing. There's one hangar-rash spot about 3" wide on the right wing leading edge...I'm told by the prior owner it's from a ladder falling against the wing.
Cruises smoothly at 120mph I've owned this plane since 04/2022 and put about 300 hours on it myself, with 200 of them being in the 12 months. Flown often, hangared all but 4 months of my ownership and (I'm told) always hangared previously. This plane will qualify for LSA under the (currently proposed) MOSAIC limitations, assuming the current draft definition is passed - clean stall speed is 50.4 knots (58mph). The sun-visors are a lifesaver....don't buy a plane that doesn't have them! Also included are the cowl plugs and form-fitting cabin/window cover (bought them for the short term I had it on a tie-down), and however many oil filters I have left of this 6-pack when I sell the plane (I do my own oil changes and am currently flying 15-20 hours/month). Plane will have a new annual, ELT battery, and pitot/static check the first week of 10/2024.
