1977 Turbo Arrow 3, TT4331, Eng TTSN 1453.3, Prop TSO 914.1, Complete logs, paint 6/10, interior 6/10, Leather seats in very good condition, Plastic in very good condition, No corrosion, New TSIO-360-FB(15) engine with 1453.3 hours, Nice panel 430 GPS/NAV/COM/WASS, Bendix transponder with ADSB with new trio autopilot, 530 Garmin GPS/NAV/COM /WASS and Garmin 340 added at last annual, main gear new bushings, main and nose gear down lock springs, brake lines, pads, bearings,  200 +/- factored hours on spar, was not used as a trainer based on logs and owners, very nice flying and to fly, trims out nice, engine strong, no major damage history.
