Detailed Description

Fly her home now! Needs nothing. 220hrs SFN IO-470N (260hp); 4319hrs AFTT; Low time aircraft and VERY low time engine and prop (both 220 hours).  Older paint. Nice interior.  Had two nose-gear collapses back in mid 1980s that were properly repaired with zero issues since.  Dual control yoke, Speed Slope windshield, Gami injectors, digital engine analyzer, 4-place intercom, storm scope, digital tachometer, ADS-B out tail beacon. The sweet-spot of Bonanzas with the more modern and very reliable engine/prop combo and high useful load, and low comparable price to newer Bonanzas. This plane will fly your whole family, luggage, and full fuel across the country!

Solid airframe with all ADs complied with. 
New ruddervators in 2004.
Two 40 gallon fuel tanks. (74 gallons useable total)
Landing gear motor overhauled in 2016.

Engines / Mods / Prop

IO-470N Factory new in 2005. Gami injectors installed.  All new hoses approx. 3 years ago. Prop overhauled in 2005. 218 hours on both prop and engine. Compressions checked last annual/100hr #1-76, #2-72, #3-70, #4-78, #5-75, #6-75. Also has 
the spin-on oil filter adapter.

Interior / Exterior

Interior is a 7 out of 10. Seats and carpets are nice with no tears, and minimal fading.  Paint is 6 out of 10...Somewhat faded w/clear coat peeling in places.
