N2014L 1966 Lake LA4-180. 1180 TT, All AD’s complied with, Wing AD Factory STC, Tail AD Lake Central STC Steel Fittings (no recurring AD), New LA4-200 Prop (Hartzell HC-C2YK-1BLF/FL7666A-2) with new B-hub installed in 2006, eliminates recurring prop AD and drastically increase performance, this 180 hp Lake will get off the water and out climb the 200HP Lake, Aircraft has been owned by an A&P so no maintenance has been deferred. Right aileron repaired and stiffener installed (2002), Useful load 810 lbs.
