Interior and Exterior of this plane are in exceptional condition.  Original paint has been well cared for, and touched up as necessary.  Interior was completely replaced in 2021 with custom perforated / diamond stitched leather.  Window frames wrapped.  Very high-end custom design.

Remarks

Overall, there is probably not a nicer F33A Bonanza in existence today.  This was one of the last years for the F33A.  It has an exceptionally low total time, along with a strong running, mid-time engine.  The avionics are top-of-the-line.  The interior is new and high-end custom.  All maintenance is up-to-date.  Fresh annual inspection in February 2024.  Always hangered and spent most of it's time in the Midwest.  Ready to fly . . . needs nothing.  NO DAMAGE HISTORY.  COMPLETE LOGS.
