I've had it since 1979, meticulously maintained, exceptionally clean. VFR, flies great, fresh annual June 2025, new breaks, rotors, & tires. Based at KFQD Rutherford County NC. Many extra parts available for sale (prop, windows, avionics).

This aircraft is ideal for someone who has *experience maintaining older aircraft**, not for someone who doesn't know how to change oil. Do NOT contact me if you don't know anything about aircraft maintenance! I've had it a long time and want to find the right person for it. Buyer must come to KFQD to inspect, I will not bring it to you. Deposit & v-tail bonanza experience required before buyer sits in left seat. I will not hold it without a deposit. If you're planning to come take a look at it, you need to give a $4000 deposit to secure it and I will hold it for 5 days, otherwise it might sell before you get here. Deposit is refundable. Buyer must have insurance before taking the aircraft.**
