Pending Sale This aircraft has been a great trainer. I have owned this for about 2.5 years. It is a 140 but has the Ram 160 hp upgrade as well as Powerflow exhaust. It's a strong Cherokee. Easily climbs at 800FPM with two adults, 36 gallons of fuel and 2000 feet density altitude. Engine also features a plug in pre heater for cold mornings. All compressions in the 70's. Comes with Knots2u gap seals and flap fairings. Also comes with wheels pants painted to match.(not currently installed) All tires replaced in the last 75 hours. Paint still has a lot of shine with only minor blemishes. Rates about 7.5/10. Inside it features two TKM MX 170 B's, Garmin Transponder with ADS-B out and Garmin GDL-52 for ADS-B in. Rest of the avionics are basic and great for training. Also comes with Garmin Aera that is not currently used. Has four place intercom system with pilot and copilot push to talk. Interior condition is good just dated. It would rate around 8/10. Overall this is a great plane that is perfect for training or for someone looking for a strong economic option. Only reason for selling is needing a true four place plane with a little more speed. Has always been maintained with an open checkbook and always hangared. Complete logs since new with no damage history. Times will change since plane is still flown regularly.
