STOL kit, not a hangar queen. If you want a nice time builder with some short field capabilities, this is a great airplane.
STCd for the Gar-Aero bush wheels and 850x6 nose wheel, C-206 brakes. Fishing pole ports in the aft cargo bulkhead. IFR current.
Engines / Mods / Prop
O-300-D. Good compressions, low oil consumption. Recent mags, plugs, carb, etc. Runs great, sounds great, smooth running engine.
Interior / Exterior
Older paint and interior. Still shows well. Interior fabric is dated, not too worn. New carpet.
Remarks
Great trainer or time builder. The engine is high time and running great. Manual flaps. Good candidate for a bigger engine and good STOL performance.
