I'm considering selling our 162. It's a very low time aircraft that has been very well taken care of. It is one of the few 162s to have a Garmin GNL-82 and WAAS/GPS installed with ADS-B. 
My family is growing, and my goals/mission has changed. Looking to move to something bigger, but not open to trades.
