Remarks

On May 6, 2011 the previous owner's flight instructor, flying alone, had a gear up landing incident that resulted in minimal damage. Engine was removed and sent to Eagle Engines in Redding, CA for complete IRAN. New Hartzell 3 blade prop was installed, aircraft repaired and repainted. No issues for the past 14 years regarding any of the repairs.
