Engines / Mods / Prop

The engine is a Lycoming O-320-D2A with 160hp and is in great conditon. Recent compression are as follows: #1 76/80, #2 75/80 ,#3 74/80, #4 78/80. The crankshaft and Cam shaft have been inspected with no corrosion was found.

Remarks

This airplane has been sitting in a hangar since about 2019. Alot of work has been done recently to bring it up to like new standards. Limited to but not including: Replaced all 3 Tires with Goodyear 5.00x5
Replaced brake pads 
New ELT Battery
Removed Cylinder #2 and inspected for corrosion with all findings satisfactory (Pictures available upon request)
Compression check as follows: #1 76/80, #2 75/80 ,#3 74/80, #4 78/80
Replaced Spark plugs with tempest UREM38E
Replaced air filter
Fresh oil change/filter
New Gil-243 battery
New Valve cover gaskets
