Detailed Description

Third to the last Bravo ever made.

For the price of an ancient C150, get a stake in one of the fastest piston singles out there. Like new, only half-way to TBO, and only 1000 hours on the airframe.

Seeking like-minded pilot-owners for a stake in a 2006 Mooney M20M Bravo GX with a G1000 panel, autopilot, turbo, oxygen, FIKI/TKS, and installed Sentry for traffic awareness. Plane is hangared at South Valley Regional (KSVR) in West Jordan, Utah. This stakeholder model has worked very well for three decades in other plane stakeholder arrangements, top-notch partners, and great availability.

For those seeking a faster, more efficient, and affordable flying arrangement. I personally flew it from its old home in Tampa FL to San Antonio TX for training / make-and-model time with an instructor, and then from San Antonio to its new home at KSVR. It is a sweet traveling machine. It will also have an enclosed T-hangar once the wait list progresses (been on two lists for three years already).

Normally seeing 17 GPH at 203 TAS at 17,500.

From a recent flight: "At 17,500 MSL, I was seeing 202 TAS at 34/24 [and with a tailwind, seeing 255 over the ground], 161 TAS at 24/22, and still respectable 146 TAS at 21/22 on 11 GPH, so basically C182 performance on 11 GPH!

The trick is to keep an eye on the Turbo Inlet Temps (TIT) at the higher power settings. In addition to the slippery aerodynamic shaping and engineering, that's what sets this plane apart from the others.

If you're like-minded, this is your chance to own a stake with 90% of the acquisition and fixed costs covered by others while keeping easy scheduling and availability and low variable costs.

The $36.5k covers acquisition. There is an additional contribution to the engine fund on buy-in (around $3k, depending on engine time at time of purchase) and a pro-rated share of the annual maint. We charge ourselves $75/hr dry. You will help decide the annual and hourly as we decide how to keep it all covered--you are one of the owners.
