Detailed Description

(CONTRACT PENDING) Well loved Mooney.  This Mooney is technically a "D Master" by seriel number, but never left the factory as fixed gear, and has been a retract since leaving the factory therefore a "C" conversion.  Annual complete 7-2025 and flies regularly.  It has 1557 SMOH, and I've owend for 5 years.  During that time, I have converted the generators to alternators, installed new Skytec starter, new prop governor and flywheel and engine mounts.  The oil is changed every 25 hours (have never gone over 35 since I've owned it), and the samples are sent to Blackstone so I have a history of reports that are all great analysis.  Compressions are all high 79/79/79/78 as of it's current annual complete this month.  This is a great plane that I've earned IFR/CPL/CFI in and has a great IFR platform to include CNX-80 WAAS and dual G5's.  It also comes with a custom Bruce's cover.  I will also include any transition training that you may need for insurance purposes with the purchase of the aircraft.

This is truly a wonderful plane to own and fly.  It has served me well over the past 5 years and I continue to fly it regularly.
