Lycoming 0-320 carbureted 150hp with 85 hours SMOH on about 1500 hrs TT.
Basic VFR instruments: airspeed, rpm/tach, oil temperature and pressure, turn coordinator with slip indicator, new 406 ELT with panel switch, cylinder head temperature and exhaust gas temperature indicators, amp meter, vertical speed indicator, brand new battery, new full set of covers (wings/horizontal stabilizer/windshield and wheels), electric trim, heavy duty starter, fire extinguisher, cigarette type charging port, VHF IComm radio, cargo door, aluminum interior, front and rear 4 point seat belts, 3 blade fixed pitch carbon Catto propeller, new 31" Alaska bush tires, STOL wing cuff, new brakes, new brake lines, strobe and position lights, new wool seat covers, new flight control cables, fresh oil, air and oil filter change with cam-guard additive on every oil change, new spark plugs, complete logs and an extensive set of build pictures.
It's a fun aircraft that burns 7 gal/hr and no oil. It is hesitantly put up for sale and only because we would be better off with a bigger platform to move the family around on camping trips.
