1990 Pulsar 1. 288TT, 244TT SMOH. Engine upgraded from a 503 to a 582 Blue Head Mod 99. Dual mags.  Solid aircraft. Annual July 2024.
  Full instruments, radio, intercom. transponder and ADSB out. Ready to go and needs nothing. Logs since day 1. Updated front strut. 
Nice interior and paint.
541 lbs empty. Gross 900 lbs. 12 gal fuel. 
105-110 mph indicated. 130 mph TAS at 4.8 gph.
  "Remarks" section contains links to documents, pictures, plus a video of it flying in formation and a walk around video.
  I got this plane planning to use it after I got my pilot license, which I never got, so I never flew the plane.

Airframe

Nose gear rebuilt and strengthened significantly by certified Airframe and Powerplant Mechanic in 2023.

    a.  Two headsets, one used by me, the second is used.
    b.  Three unused 5-gallon gas cans, since my airport (0P8) does not sell avgas.
    c.  One unused portable electric pump I planned to use to so I didn't have to lift the gas cans during refueling (uses four AA batteries).
