The current owner has flown the aircraft approximately 210 hours since 2016.

Aircraft is IFR certified but autopilot will not fly an approach.  
Autopilot flies a GPS or LOC/VOR Course and holds altitude.

Sales contract will require Buyer to hold Seller and Broker harmless due to Experimental Category Aircraft.
Seller and Broker encourage Buyer to conduct a title search, pre-purchase inspection and test flight to verify condition.
