The engine has 450 hours since a complete top-end overhaul (new continental cylinders and superior lifters), with 1,700 Hobbs hours total. The aircraft is fully pressurized and performs impressively in the flight levels, maintaining 5 psi with just 23" of manifold pressure. It cruises efficiently at over 180 knots on just 13 GPH at 50% power, with a top speed of 225 KTAS. Both the interior and exterior are rated 9/10-showing minimal wear and presenting like new. Plug in oil sump preheater. 12 Qt Engine Oil Sump with remote mounted (easy access) oil filter. Top end overhaul Sept 2019 (1,255 Hobbs hours) Note: Reason for top end was increased oil consumption (1 quart per 2 hours). All valves were still good and compression values were all in the 70's. The top end was done as a preventative measure.
