New GEN 4 engine with 25 hours on it (just completed first oil change) and new prop. This aircraft lives in a hanger. The panel includes a GRT Avionics Glass EFIS PFD, GRT EIS Engine Monitor, Garmin SL40 Com, Garmin GTX 327 Transponder, PM 1000 Intercom, Back up 2 1/2" Airspeed Indicator.
Upgrades include: Garmin 696 GPS Map, TruTrack Digiflight llG 2 axis Auto Pilot, Echo UAT ADSB Transceiver and SkyFYX WASS position source. New pitot hoses installed and a new avionics breaker panel along with new upgraded plug wires and connectors.
Kanad 406 Mhz. ELT with panel remote, Aero LED Nav/Strobe light package, In-Wing LED Landing light.

This Jab has a distinctive Blue Leather interior with thick seat cushions. Interior is in very good condition.  White and cobalt blue "Tennessee Double" exterior paint design, extending to the winglets in very good, shiny condition. Wheel pants in great shape. Matco wheels & brakes. 477 hours TT. Condition Inspection completed October, 2024
