This has been my plane ~19 years. It has a huge 1633 lbs useful load! This is the ultimate travel machine that carries everything and everybody everywhere with room to spare and in speed & style! Feels great to fly and solid in crosswind landings and bumpy air. Flying solo, it leaps from the ground and lands nice and gentle, slowly. BIG Cockpit and interior, no bumping shoulders, windows or head. Roomy is the word I keep hearing from whoever sees it. This color is a head-turner on the ramp and visible in the air, with great feedback wherever I go from other pilots and anyone who sees it.
Complete and consecutive logs and records, all AD's complied with and documented, always US based, always hangered, No known damage history; Only 3462 (TT) hours since new. 260 hp, Lycoming 0-540 and a Hartzell 2-blade constant speed prop (fast). No oil leaks, clean sounding, great compressions! New: Exhaust manifolds (2), Fuel Pump, #2 Cylinder, 1 fuel sender (right main tank), strut seals, Aircraft Battery, New Digital EGT, New Vaccuum Pump, ELT Battery, & Garmin GDL 88. Oil change, spark plugs pulled, inspected, cleaned, gapped, brake fluid replaced and bleed, Tanks removed & inspected and cleaned. Oil filter replaced - no particulates present. Very clean running, smooth and powerful from the get-go.

Avionics / Equipment
The Garmin Center Stack features a Garmin GTN 650 touchscreen IFR NAV/COM radio with new Garmin GPS map for North America and Carribean. This populates radio frequencies at the touch of the screen, loads flight plans, a Garmin GDL88 is remotely mounted, providing ADSB OUT by mandate but also ADSB IN to populate your GPS with other aircraft and weather. Also, the Garmin GTN 650 and GDL88 are integrated with and working with a Garmin GTX327 Transponder. An excellent backup IFR NAV/COM radio is mounted below the GTN 650, a Garmin SL30. Both NAV/COM Radios have their own Garmin HSI's directly next to the left of them for ease of eye travel and correllation. The entire Panel was redone to have a standard "Six-Pack" reconfigured in front of the pilot and space for the HSIs. A digital EGT was recently installed for leaning accuracy. There is also a large extra space, where I mount an iPad with Foreflight which can connect to the Plane's Garmin wifi and display live ADSB information and flight plan overlays, in addition and be synched to the flight plan loaded in the GTN 650. Great Situational awareness in an uncluttered fashion.
Engines / Mods / Prop
Lycoming 540, 260 HP, running solid strong and smooth. With a Hartzel 2 bade constant speed prop. The combination is powerful and lighter than the 300, so it carries more weight with a better range by far (880NM) and better fuel consumption rate. 12 gph fast cruise @ 75%, 147mph IAS.
