This plane has been enjoyed by my family for the last two years. We have been East to Oklahoma, west to California, north to Montana and south to the border near Mexico. I can help deliver the aircraft any where in the country if you need. Annual due in November
Avionics / Equipment
Aspen pfd1000 combined with garmin 375 for great situational awareness. Autopilot to help with workload management. Radio number two is inop.
Airframe
All applicable ad's complied with. Alternator overhauled this summer as well as landing gear power pack. Landing gear pucks replaced at annual as well as springs.
Engines / Mods / Prop
Propeller replaced with new summer of 2023. Engine oils changed approximately every 30 hours. Engine block heater.
Interior / Exterior
Basic interior. Seats are decent but headliner will need updated when you desire. Exterior is in good condition with a few small chips in the paint
Remarks
Overall in pretty good condition. We fly quite a bit on long cross country flights. Living in the mountains most of my flying is at 7000 and above when going places. I cruise at 125 kts at 7 gph
