ALWAYS HANGARED - And we know it from Day 1! A rare opportunity to own a Cessna 310 that has been cherished by one family since 1966. Originally owned by Esso Humble Oil (now Exxon) for East Coast executive travel, it wears the iconic red, white, and blue colors of Exxon gas pumps. In April 1966, my father purchased the airplane, and it has remained in our family ever since. I grew up flying in it, earned my private and multi-engine licenses on it. From Florida, coast-to-coast trips to countless East Coast adventures, this 310 has been a reliable companion through a lifetime of flying. • Flown regularly • Recent Annual (April 2025) • Great STEC Autopilot - Everything works • Complete LOGS • Recent complete GEAR Rig in Ohio • Many TAS Annuals • Has never been out of annual for extended period • Same family owner for the last 59 years Hangar History: • 1956-1966 Private Hangar - Islip NY • 1960-1968: Private T-hangar, Orange County Airport (KMGJ) • 1968-1993: Heated hangar, Stewart Airport (KSWF) • 1993-2013: Farmingdale Republic (FRG) - Private T-Hangar • 2013-Present: KGFL, Glens Falls, NY - Private T-Hangar The airplane's N-number, 400W, has been in the family and will remain with its present owner.

Minor Damage History: • In November of 2006, I was landing at night at TAS for a gear rigging and a small deer ran into the right propeller There was no gear collapse- not even a prop slowdown. One blade on the right propeller showed slight bending. In an abundance of caution, TAS replaced the blade and I had the engine removed ,not for a sudden stop inspection, as there was no sudden stop, but I had Signature rebuild that engine and TAS reinstalled that engine after doing some minor sheet metal replacement such as the right hand gear door where some debris from the deer was thrown. That is the only incident if you want to call an incident that has ever happened to the airplane that I'm aware of and I've been around it since 1966 and the logs reflect nothing prior to 1966.
