Plane has been well maintained and cared for. Hangered for past 10 years in Lindsay, Ontario (CNF4)
Plane upgraded and maintained in plans for long term ownership but plans changed for a couple partners.
All AD's have been completed.

2023 - Replaced a cylinder with new a
Lycoming cylinder
- New manufactured firewall assembly
- Refurbished engine mount
- Front landing gear bushings replaced
- Vacuum pump removed
2024 -
- New Artex ELT 345
- Replaced L&R Main landing gear pucks
In 2023 there was an incident during landing, damaging the skin of the left wing. Left wing was replaced under full insurance coverage, with Transport Canada approval and documentation.
Work done by Brampton Flight Centre.
No other damage to plane during incident.
Annual completed August 2024.
New Annual to be completed.
