Need to sell for financial reasons.
Life has brought unintended changes and I need to sell my plane. This is a really good plane and you will not be disappointed. I have a previous prebuy inspection I will share with you. Annual is coming up and it does need it's IFR inspections. But everything works as it should.

1969 Model Year 177A with the Lycoming O-360 (180 HP)
Great time builder and trainer! Go faster, further and with more shoulder room than a 172 and cheaper than a 182!
This Cardinal is a great flying airplane with newly OH engine. Clean and newer interior. Passed spar inspection in 2023. Could use new exterior paint. Newer tires and I have the wheel pants (not installed). Powder coated yokes. Some interior panels have been replaced with new.
Not Installed:
Recertified TruTrack AP (with cardinal specific hardware) and new AV-30 with Magnometer available ($5k) if interested.
Hours will update as plane is flown regularly.

This is a great airplane for the new or student pilot. Much more shoulder room than a 172 without the complexity of a 182. Flies straight and has a strong engine. Really a joy to fly.

Instrument ring lighting and overhead white and red selectable lighting.
Monarch fuel caps with new o-rings.
Level BOM (Broadcast Outer Module) provides ADS-B in, full glass cockpit on your phone or tablet and logs all flights for download from SD card.
TruTrack AP and AV-30 available but not installed.

Skytec Starter
Everything was replaced with MOH in Jan 2024. Only the case was kept.
New Powerflow exhaust for high altitude.

Remarks
2023 Prop and tail strike. All repairs completed.
Pitot and Static outstanding for IFR.
New ELT battery (dated March 2030 for replacement)
New brakes and nose wheel tube.
Used as a trainer for me and others to get PPL.
Flies beautifully and straight.
Some interior plastic panels have been replaced and updated.
Paint is chipping and has been touched up.
Fuel selector pulls from right tank only when on both. Left and right selector work as expected.
*Currently installed single axis AP INOP due to broken selector knob.
Not installed but available if interested:
uAvionix AV-30
TruTrak 2 axis Autopilot with hardware, factory certified.
Wheel pants available but need repaint.
Misc other items available such as screws and gaskets.
