Cessna 172B with Lycoming O-360 engine upgrade/replacement done by Airplains. (Paperwork completed/STC issued for upgrade) Upgrade makes plane function as a true 4 seater.  

Current annual just completed. Interior seats and doors have been reupholstered. Plane has been hangered entire life. Complete logs available. Has been IFR rated, but is currently not.  Located in San Antonio area.  Current owner is retired and no longer flying much.
