The airplane is in exceptional condition save for some dust. It will need an annual inspection. This can be accomplished by the buyer's mechanic during a pre-buy inspection. The interior is finished in a period correct leather and mohair fabrics.
This airplane was completely restored in 1997, the engine was overhauled in 2007, and the prop was overhauled in 2015. The airplane was flown into the owner's private strip in 2020.
This airplane has always been stored inside. Put a battery in it and give it a bath and you will have comfortable flying antique.
